I no longer think the excuse for werewolf attacks should be wild dogs, people may start forming groups to track down and shoot them, I believe that the best solution would be some form of agreement with the werewolf population to go underground during there.... transformations so as to eliminate the threat of this sort of thing happening.

I am glad to know that the students and teachers at the RDA have that option, which means that the attacks out here are being caused by those outside of the academy's control, this is a real problem due to the number of people actually being killed by these werewolves.
